Objective: Tailored Proposal to Align with Budget Constraints
For the annual event "La Noche Blanca," we were tasked with creating a memorable experience centered around the theme "Under the Sea." Our goal was to design an immersive atmosphere that would captivate attendees while being mindful of the company's budget limitations. This case study outlines how we successfully achieved a stunning, cost-effective event by optimizing resources and creative solutions.

Case Study: "Ritual" Weekly Event at Coya London
This case study focuses on the design and execution of Coya London's weekly event, "Ritual," held at their London venue. The project involved curating the layout and decoration of the restaurant’s bar area, as well as creating an outfit and makeup mood board for staff and performers. Additionally, the event included booking talent for both performers and DJs.
Event Overview:
"Ritual" is an immersive experience inspired by Aztec culture, featuring tribal and Afro-house beats played by Coya's resident DJs. The DJs, alongside dancers and performers, were managed by our in-house music consultant, ensuring a seamless and dynamic performance throughout the night. The atmosphere was further enhanced by bespoke decorations designed to complement the theme and elevate the overall guest experience.
